有三个问题：
1.两页的目录如何去掉页眉，我使用了\thispagestyle{empty},但是只有第二页的目录页眉去掉了，第一页的页眉还在。、
2.如何将两页的目录缩为一页，这样就可以使用\thispagestyle{empty}将目录页页眉去掉。
3.如图2所示，加入正文的最后一页是20，我们附录有两页，如何将两页附录的页眉都设置成page 20 of 20
