很多情况下，英文章节首段没有缩进，这是常态。

忘记了摘自哪里了: > The function of a paragraph indent is to mark a pause, setting the paragraph apart from what precedes it. If a paragraph is preceded by a title or subhead, the indent is superfluous and can therefore be omitted. 如果需要英文模式下首段缩进, 可以在导言区加上 `\usepackage{indentfirst}`.
